Visit the rotor, do Specialized testing in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, Analysis and troubleshooting damaged rotor unit, Reform and recovery rotor blades along with supplying and replacement spare parts of blades from the manufacturer as force majeure and balancing, issuing certificate for long-term operation.
