At present, the control department of this company is contracted to Iran's Ministry of Energy to design, supply, install, and commissioning of a full scale DCS control system at one of Iran's major thermal power plants.   • Design, installation of Blade Prevention accident system to perform following tasks:
    • Uninterrupted control of the mechanical state of every blade, in the supervised stages (Last sage), during all phases all of turbine operation.
    • Dangerous crack in blades
    • Ruptures of lashing lugs and tie wires
    • Separation of blades tips
    • Failure of blade covers and shrouds
  • Design and implementation of balancing software for turbine

    The software will offer optional weights in different plans for balancing the rotors. We offered fully automated system help engineers to choose best solution based on actual condition of turbine. The engineers will see the expected result for each variants before putting the weights. Software will offer different selection of weights for balancing form one plan up to putting weights in four plans by analyzing the turbine vibration data and manufacturer’s design criteria.

  • Design, installation of a real time efficiency measuring system and reliability for steam turbine including Thermal Stress calculation and Control.

    The system will perform following tasks:

    • To analyze the dependence of efficiency on turbine load power and steam rate,
    • To define the current efficiency economy and flow path condition;
    • To determine the initial moment of efficiency changing and detect the causes of it;
    • To evaluate the quality of maintenance and/or flow path modernization
    • To calculate stress & failure rate of Turbo generator
 
Implementation of control systems and Full Scale DCS

  • Design, procurement, installation and commissioning of Full Scale control system (DCS) as Turn-key basis in order to:
  • Increasing safety, improving performance, increasing efficiency and reliability of power plants, easy participate in the electricity market, reducing human failure risk, long term archiving, play back trends as live video, improving fuel consumption, reduce toxic gases and control pollution of Environmental, automatic control of startup and emergency stop of the units, controlling temperature changes in different operating regimes, reducing operating costs and cost of purchasing spare parts for old equipment, integrating different control systems in one full scale DCS and the possibility of installing a central control system for several Power units
  • Scope of work (Depending on the needs and budget of the client, the design can be done in one stage but the project can implement in several phases):
  • Optimization of the turbine control system, design and optimization of the BMS system, modernization of the fuel supply system and burners systems, modernization of monitoring systems and vibration of rotating equipment, process modification and modernization of the field measurement and control equipment, replacement of old equipment with new modernized, modernization of electronic systems and panels, collection of old relay panels and mechanical mechanisms, redesign of the control room, collection of old monitoring systems and installation of new display and many other variations in different work regimes
